The wonder of the Thrush

A few months ago I had a wonderful experience, I had the opportunity to see up close the whole process that thrush (Chilean birds) have to create their nest and later have their young, it is too beautiful, nature is wonderful, I live in an apartment It is located on the 2nd floor and below there is an apartment that has a garden and in the vine of the fence the thrushes made their nest, it was impressive how they worked as a team and they were aware of if someone looked at them so they fired so that they would not find their nest. One day I realized that there were already 3 little eggs laid in the nest, they had bluish colors, I was very excited and every day they were protected and warm by the female and male thrush, until after about a week I saw that the thrushes were looking for food, literally you could see their beaks full of little worms and they quickly entered the nest! The young had already been born and fed them.

So the days passed and each time it felt like they were bigger because they were more demanding, they chirped all the time because they were hungry, until one morning there was a lot of bird noise and I looked out the window and they were flying! I was impressed they all flew or so I thought, because I realized that they weren't leaving but that they were walking around the patio and I realized that one had not left the nest, there was one that could not fly and that made me very sad, his brothers and his father left, but his mother stayed to take care of him bringing food to the nest, like this for days until he left the nest and was walking through my neighbor's patio even without being able to fly, we were very worried about the freezing nights , he could die at any minute, my neighbor tried to return him to the nest, but he got out, the only thing he could do was prevent his dogs from bothering him.  it was noticeable that he was different the others had a short tail and was very chubby, it wasn't a common bird, we thought it would die from natural selection, but one day I was looking out the window and I saw it fly with another thrush, I knew it was that bird because of its tail and his chubby body, I am filled with joy! It was the best thing that happened to me this year!
